Wisdom and Embodiment VS Intellectualization and possible Lack

Hello hello hello everyone, I am back and I wanted to share my insight for the week so far. I heard this while listening to the replay of the Somatic Movement Summit from The Shift Network - the conversation with Don Hanlon Johnson "From Silence to Thinking and Verbalizing":

This is absolutely explanatory of the switch in my Vision of Life. More embodiment, less Intellectualization. Tuning into the Body instead of Thinking my Way through. It is a Practice but it is Life Changing. I have a long way to go but it would be my honor to lead you through the change thanks to my learning of Ayurveda.
